Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Seeds (unopened and in original packaging)
- Tools and equipment (unused and undamaged)
- Growth enhancers and fertilizers (unopened)
Non-Eligible Items
- Opened seed packets
- Perishable or live plant material
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@rootsagristore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
